- Develop Customer Life Cycle Value chain and manage customer base to grow.
- Evaluate current CVM operation and redefine CVM by identifying gaps and take initiative to bridge the identified Gaps.
- Evaluate Commercial & IT challenges to manage CVM Operation and recommend the solution.
- Collaborating with IT team to integrate customer data and analytics solutions with other systems and platforms across the organization.
- Define and improve the customer value proposition with time. Identify key features, services, and benefits that resonate with different customer segments, and tailor offerings to meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Determine mechanisms for gathering and analyzing customer feedback and insights. Use feedback to drive product and service improvements, address customer concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Design simple and effective CVM solutions for different markets/segments/different brand to drive BTL business growth.
- Co-Create campaign and communication synergy to drive business with automation and higher efficiency.
- Conduct customer focused analysis and initiate customization in campaigns & segmented approaches to add value to overall product pool to ensure company’s sustainable business growth with high positive ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate important performance indicators associated with client loyalty, satisfaction, and engagement. Create dashboards and reports on a regular basis to track the success of CVM projects and offer suggestions for ongoing development.
- Drive & guide CVM innovations and adjustments to BTL team in line with the market dynamics.
